Number 3 of my presents 🙂


  • 9 organic lemons
  • 3-5 organic oranges
  • 1 l water
  • 2 kgs sugar
  • 10-15 g citric acid
  • some cinammon, 5 cloves

Peel the washed fruits and make juice, put all in a pot to cook for 10 Min.

let cool and wait 5-10 hours, drain through a cloth and get approx. 1 liter juice. Add water and sugar and citric acid and cook for another 5 Min. Fill very hot in clean bottles.

Fill the bottles very full. After building up a vacuum, the syrup will retire.
