Under foil my salad grows well with sun, rain, ice or snow…
At christmas we had carrots and celery with fresh salad and my own spring onions to go with the fish, very tasty.
my asia salad mix of who knows what wild seeds, mustard and other stuff, but they grow really fast and great even in winter and taste very nice.
just think of water them on days without frost 🙂
and very boring very slowly grows also the corn salad… I imagined that differently since it is called a winter salad… 🙁
