Kiwis I got as a present, added some more I bought made a very nice jam. So the cooking continues in the new year. The thing with the label I will also continue, looks nice.
- some Kiwis, peel and mix them
- add juice of 1 lemon
- and some vanilla sugar
- and the same amount of jelly sugar, stir well and wait for 1-2 hours
Bring it to boil and cook it vor 2-5 minutes. Fill the jam hot in clean classes.
tip: clean the screw cap in alcohol and turn the classes while cooling down in order to create a vacuum.
