Since I decelerated my life, I live much better and have much more time.
These are my deceleration tricks:
- I start 15 minutes earlier, so that I can enjoy a comfortable trip
- less is more – most of the time I plan never more than 1-3 major activities for a day
- don’t cram any activities in
- to plan more time for the things I need or want to do, and also consider buffer time
