recipe by rule of thumb:

  • 150 g butter and
  • 150 g sugar whisk until foamy
  • add 3 eggs one after the other while tossing
  • add some lemonjuice, rum and cinnamon
  • add 210 g flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • and add a hand full of raisins and roasted almond pieces
  • wash approx. 1 kgs apricots, dry them and cut them in quarters and add to the pastry

bake in the oven at approx 180-200 degrees celsius for approx. 50 minutes.

Also nice with home made ice tea 😉
