recipe by rule of thumb:
- 150 g butter and
- 150 g sugar whisk until foamy
- add 3 eggs one after the other while tossing
- add some lemonjuice, rum and cinnamon
- add 210 g flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder
- and add a hand full of raisins and roasted almond pieces
- wash approx. 1 kgs apricots, dry them and cut them in quarters and add to the pastry
bake in the oven at approx 180-200 degrees celsius for approx. 50 minutes.
Also nice with home made ice tea 😉
