All tomatoes are out, the last green ones turned red and the winter salad grows nicely! Tastes great on a home made pizza that comes out of the oven. Just sprinkle some cut salad leaves on top. Great!

For weeks now we eat vegetables from my garden. Here beetroot cubes roasted in olive oil with a zucchini-rice-burger. Very simple but very tasty. Today was the day. Clean up in the garden. Pool zuchini, pumpkin, potatoes and cucumbers had to go. It was not a good year...
